Magic Development and Pininfarina released a new set of renderings on Friday for the $1.7 billion Magic Place community scheduled to start construction in July.
GrowthSpotter was the first to publish the initial rendering of the Magic Place towers on March 18. Magic Development CEO Rodrigo Cunha said the design team from Pininfarina would release more images in the coming weeks and months.
"They're very protective of the images," Cunha told GrowthSpotter on Friday. "It's like when you take a beautiful woman out to dinner, you don't want her to be to naked. If you show everything, it's not a surprise anymore. If you do it slowly, it creates the effect they want. They're romantics."
One of the highlights of this release is the first image of Magic Development's new 25,000-square-foot headquarters and sales center.
Project Manager James Mincy said Pininfarina has "absolute creative freedom" to design the building. "The signature feature is the entire outer wall is glass with LED lighting," he said. "The Magic Development logo is projected in LED lighting, so we can change it and move it."
