Hezekiah Walker, an American gospel music artist and bishop of Brooklyn-based mega-church Love Fellowship Tabernacle, paid $3 million on Jan. 12 for a 9,200-square-foot home in Windermere.
Located at 11006 Ullswater Lane in the Reserve at LakeBulter Sound development, the two-story home built in 2009 features five beds, eight baths and 9,201 square feet of living area.

Set on a 0.58-acre lot, the house includes a home theater room with seven seats and a 120-inch screen, private courtyard pool, an eight-person spa, Italian marble floors and a hand-crafted walnut staircase. The estate was previously built by London-based Manhattan Properties, according to a recent listing on Zillow.com.
Calls to Walker’s Brooklyn-based church were not returned on Wednesday afternoon.
A loan of $1.89 million was taken out by Walker from First Florida Integrity Bank out of Naples to finance the purchase. The property will be used as a second home, according to a rider on the mortgage.
Walker has participated in more than a dozen gospel albums since 1987. He and the Love Fellowship Crusade Choir won Grammy awards in 1994 and 2001 for best gospel album by a choir.
The home was sold by Harjit Singh and Superna Sethi, a couple also of New York, who paid $123,900 for the lot in December 2003, per Orange County records.
