A strip center in the Four Corners area of Lake County changed hands March 4, selling for $1.25 million, according to a deed recorded March 15.

HH Sunrise Plaza LLC, an affiliate of Delray Beach-based Harvest Holdings, sold Sunrise Plaza, located at 1529 Sunrise Plaza Dr. in Clermont, to KK Real Estate VI LLC, which is affiliated with Manjit Real Estate Investment in Winter Haven.

Manjit Kundles of MREI said Thursday there are no plans for changes at the center, since it is already completely leased.

The 9,600-square-foot center was built in 2005 on a 1.22-acre lot, and last sold for $875,000 in February of 2012, reflecting a 43 percent increase for the recent sale.

The single-story multi-tenant retail building (three bays) was built in 2005, and is less than five miles from Walt Disney World.

The Four Corners area, where Lake, Osceola, Orange and Polk counties meet, has become a hot spot for new development, especially for Osceola County.
