A Celebration estate home in the middle of Eastlawn Drive, one of the community’s most desirable streets, has sold for $1.89 million.

Eastlawn is home to some of Celebration’s most expensive real estate, and is within walking distance to the town center.

“The community has a nickname for it,” real estate agent Janice White told GrowthSpotter. “It’s called ‘Millionaire’s Row.’ The most attractive thing about that street is that it has front and back water views.”

The three-story home was built in 2002 and is walking distance to the Celebration Town Center.

White, with Century 21 Blue Sky Realty Group, represented the sellers, Ronald and Pamela Shaw, who were the original owners of 6-bedroom custom home by Cahill Homes.

“It was a family home,” White said. “They worked with the builder to add a lot of custom features. It had a wonderful family kitchen with a true butler’s pantry. It had study areas for the kids, and a really nice summer kitchen. And the views were incredible.”

The 7,262-square-foot estate home featured a large custom kitchen with separate butler's pantry.

Other features included a fully equipped guest suite with kitchenette over the three-car garage, and a third floor with a large game room and views of the Disney fireworks.

“Three-story homes are kind of unique in Celebration,” White said. “This one didn’t have an elevator, which is one of the reasons I think it stayed on the market as long as it did.”

She said the house sold in a little less than a year. The Shaws, a retired CPA and small business owner, were looking to downsize since their children had all finished school and moved out.

“It was a lot of house for just the two of them,” she said.

The buyer was corporation headed by Marcello Gregorio, who recently became an officer in an Orlando luxury used-car business, RPT Sales & Leasing.

White said the Gregorios would maintain the residence as their family home. They were represented by Shirlei DeVito, also with Century 21 Blue Sky.
