Clearwater-based CG Land Services is wrapping up horizontal development of a 233-lot subdivision in St. Cloud, and plans to deliver the first half of the lots to two national production homebuilders by April.

D.R. Horton and Richmond American Homes are both under contract to buy the finished lots, managing partner Mike Galvin told GrowthSpotter. The neighborhood is called Estates of Westerly and is located on Nova Road, east of Narcoossee Road.

“We’re going to put in a pool and cabana,” Galvin said. “We’ll start construction on the amenities right after the first closing. We should be totally out of the project in about 16 months.”

Nova Road is slated to be a major east-west corridor for the county with a planned interchange on the future Northeast Connector toll road.

Westerly is designed with roads connecting to Center Lake Ranch, a 2,000-acre mixed-use district that’s approved for more than 3,000 homes. The road connection would give Westerly residents direct access to Narcoossee Road.

The St. Cloud City Council approved the final plats for the 72.5-acre community in January. CG Land filed a mini-site plan this week for five model homes and two sales trailers. Horton will be selling its Express Homes line.

CG Land has been a prolific supplier for D.R. Horton, having developed multiple communities across Central Florida for the builder. “They’re a good partner,” Galvin said.

Richmond American is offering seven floorplans from its Seasons product line.
