A Winter Park home just sold for the second time in just more than two years, making a nice profit for the sellers.
The seven bedroom, 10 and a half bathroom home on Via Tuscany in The Vias area sold for $6.775 million. According to public records, the sellers, Scott and Linda Fish, bought the home for $6.4 million in April 2017.
The 10,060 square foot home was built in 2012 and sits on Lake Maitland, part of the Chain of Lakes.
“It sits up high over the water, so there’s some topography there that you don’t find in Central Florida or on the Chain of Lakes,” said John Pinel, of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, who represented the sellers along with Mick Night and Dan Haber. “These are probably the highest houses on the Chain of Lakes, so when you walk in the front door, the view is spectacular all the way across Lake Maitland.”

To help further take advantage of the views, the home features a pool, spa, dual-slip boathouse, dock, and mechanical privacy screens and sunshades as part of the outdoor features.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and guest bedrooms are all on the second floor, each with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom is in a separate wing and has a sitting area, multiple closets with dressing areas, and a large bathroom with two sets of almost everything.
“It was a bathroom that you could walk into the right or to the left and the back of the bathroom was connected by the shower,” Pinel told GrowthSpotter. “You had his side with a vanity, water closet, that type of stuff, and then you had her side [with the same amenities.] You see it more and more today in the high-end homes.”

The kitchen is set up in a similar way, with dual dishwashers along with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances.
“People will set up a home for entertaining [and they] might have a separate area where the catering crew can set up stuff like that,” Pinel explained. The home also has a billiard room and an entertainment room with multiple screens.
This is the second time this realty team has sold this home. “It’s probably one of the more desirable locations in Winter Park on the Chain,” Pinel said.
“This incredible estate is truly the pinnacle of lakefront living. From its exquisite interior design to the breathtaking outdoor landscape, it offers the utmost luxury and privacy,” said Mick Night. “This significant sale indicates not only the strength of the luxury market, but the keen interest in Winter Park real estate.”
