AR Homes recently announced that it is expanding its operations to serve luxury homebuyers in the Central Florida market by awarding its newest franchise to Sean Marks of Orlando Custom Home Builders, Inc.
Marks previously served as a Southern Group vice president for AR Homes, helping grow franchises throughout the Southeastern US. As a franchise owner, he will build AR Homes designs in select communities and on customer-owned property throughout the greater Orlando area, including Orange, Seminole and Lake counties.

At this time, AR Homes is focusing on the Bella Collina community but will expand into other premier communities throughout Orlando in the future, spokesperson Marli Harrelson told GrowthSpotter. At Bella Collina, AR Homes is currently building a model home and two inventory homes. The Allure model introduces a modern take on the community’s Tuscan design theme with a mix of stone and wood elements.
The open floorplan features a warm color palette with large format porcelain tile flooring, mixed metal finishes and the company’s signature indoor-outdoor living spaces. The company also responded to market demands by focusing on flex spaces and functional, comfortable work-from-home spaces in its new designs.
Pricing will start in the $700,000s and will vary by community.
AR Homes joins a collection of custom builders and production builders, Dream Finders Homes and Toll Brothers, at Bella Collina.
