Built in 1994, Anisimov's new house in Lincoln Park was recently renovated and has a new kitchen and new flooring and lighting. Features include seven baths, three fireplaces, radiant heat, a Sonos sound system, an attached two-car garage and a lower level with a rec room and a guest suite. The mansion's top level consists of an entertaining space that opens to two roof decks that contain an outdoor shower, planters and a pergola.

The house first was listed in June 2015 for $3.8 million. Its asking price was reduced to $3.625 million in September and then to $3.495 million in February.
