WMAQ-Ch. 5 anchor and reporter Lauren Jiggetts and her husband, Patrick Donovan, on June 18 placed their four-bedroom, 3,200-square-foot house in Lincoln Park on the market for $1.275 million.

The couple, who have been married since 2009, welcomed their first child in November. Through a deed bearing only Donovan's name, the couple bought their house in 2012 for $1.08 million.

Built in 1991, the house has 3 1/2 baths, hardwood floors, three fireplaces, an updated kitchen, a separate dining room, a skylight over the main staircase, a master suite with two walk-in closets and a dual vanity, and a lower level with guest bedroom/office, full bath, wet bar and rec room. The property also features a professionally landscaped, fenced yard and two-car garage.
