StrategyLab's Razeghi buys Winnetka mansion for $3 million

StrategyLab managing director Andrew Razeghi, who also is a lecturer at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and his wife, Cindy, on June 1 paid $3 million for a five-bedroom, 8,000-square-foot French Provincial-style mansion in Winnetka.

Razeghi, who also is an active angel investor, founded StrategyLab, which is a consulting firm that focuses on innovation and on companies' growth strategies.

Built in 2006, the house has five full baths, two half baths, a floating staircase, a new de Giulio kitchen with Sub-Zero, Miele and Wolf appliances, a butler's pantry, a living room with a dome skylight window, a wood-paneled library/office, and a rec room on the lower level that has a bar area with a wine refrigerator.

The house sold for above its $2.795 million asking price.

Razeghi declined to comment on the purchase.
