GrowthSpotter hosted nearly 200 subscribers and VIP guests at a private networking event on Tuesday night to commemorate our second anniversary.

Majors Motors, a new private event space in Orlando's Ivanhoe Village neighborhood, hosted the cocktail party.

More than 60 classic cars were on display from developer Tim Majors' personal collection, along with vintage arcade games and full bar service.

The unique event space occupies the first floor of Majors Investments' new three-story headquarters building at 2000 N. Orange Ave., which includes the public M Lounge bar on the third floor.

The Orlando Sentinel Media Group launched GrowthSpotter in May 2015 to provide a unique service to the real estate and development industry in Central Florida.

GrowthSpotter's commitment to excellence was rewarded later that year with national recognition as the best business/finance website in the country by Editor & Publisher.

In year two, the website more than doubled its number of paid subscribers largely by word-of-mouth testimonials from readers.
