Pulte Group acquired about 98 acres of vacant pastureland in Northwest Osceola County on Monday for $6 million from Sun Terra Communities, with plans to build out a 330-lot second phase for its short-term rental development Windsor at Westside.

Located just off SR 192, near highways I-4, U.S. 27 and eight miles from Disney World parks, the Windsor development features single-family homes and townhouses ranging from 2,100-4,400 square feet, with prices starting at $287,000, per the listing site.

The project's second phase is fully permitted and approved, with 330 single family lots to be developed in time to replace lots sold in the first phase, said company spokeswoman Valerie Dolenga.

The Windsor at Westside first phase is fully developed, with more than 30 homes under production and first sales in the community made earlier this month, she added.

Contractors and trade partners for the second phase have already been hired for the second phase, said Dolenga. Names of those firms weren't provided in time for this story's publication.
