One building for dining services will be funded separately, and PSI High, a "school within a school" program of emphasis, will be built out in another.

Construction for the project is expected to start in June 2018 and be completed by August 2019.

The School Board's top-ranked firm for the contract will be asked to promptly submit a proposal of fees and unit costs for all services under the contract. The CMAR will take a lead role from design phase through bid-and-award, construction and post-construction phases.
