Alexandre Volcan LLC has proposed building the Terraces at Country Run, a subdivision of 32 single-family detached residences near Clarcona-Ocoee and Hiawassee roads, west of Orlando.
During a recent meeting, the Orange County Development Review Committee approved a request by civil engineer Terra Engineering Consultants to subdivide 14.90 acres for the project. Alexandre Volcan LLC is now expected to meet with the Board of County Commissioners to address the $50 million residential subdivision.
The hoped-for start date is late February, with Rashid Jamalabad of Terra Engineering Consultants saying key players like a construction manager and architect are being brought on board.
Work includes concrete formwork, concrete reinforcement, poured-in-place concrete, mortar, veneer, rough carpentry, prefabricated wood trusses, finish carpentry, insulation, asphalt shingle roofing, vinyl siding, sheet metal and caulking and sealants.
Also needed are metal doors and frames, wood doors, vinyl windows, patio doors, drywall, plaster, stucco, resilient flooring, wood flooring, tile, carpet, paint, mailboxes bath accessories and wire shelving.
