Plans to build two 4-story office buildings in the Millenia area are on the way to the City of Orlando's Municipal Planning Board this month.

Named Millenia Lakes IV and V, the 12.8-acre parcel at 5450 Millenia Lakes Blvd. is slated for two buildings with 131,000 square feet each and a 1,046-space parking lot.

The parcel is near a 23-acre piece of property owned by Adventist Health System/Sunbelt Inc., which recently received clarification that its land designated medical/office could also be used for hotels, residential development or retail, not just office use.

The applicants, listed as Duke Construction and Madden Moorhead & Glunt Engineers, are asking the city for Master Plan approval. The existing land use classification is Office Medium Density and its zoning is set at 0-2 Medium Intensity Office-Residential.

The parcel is on the Southwest side of Millenia Lakes Blvd., south of Millenia Blvd. and north of Shingle Creek Elementary School.

The Orlando Municipal Planning Board is tentatively scheduled to hear the case on Aug. 18.

The parcel is in the name of Cpf Millenia Drive LLC at 150 S. Wacker Dr., Ste. 250, in Chicago, the site of Janus Rappaport Associates, an investment adviser firm listed as inactive,  according to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Calls to the applicant requesting more information about the project were not returned.
