The University of Central Florida is seeking up to 10,000 square feet of warehouse space near its main campus to store Housing and Residence Life assets.

UCF's Housing Department warehouse operation handles the receiving, delivering and storage of all housing documents and assets, including furniture for student and staff housing, appliances, office furniture, air conditioning units, linens, office records and more.

The department's goal is to keep all of those materials in one location, so UCF wants to lease between 8,000 and 10,000 square feet of warehouse space, with a corresponding 1,000 to 3,000 square feet of office space, according to an Invitation to Bid published within the past week.
