Luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers is the second production builder approved for the exclusive Bella Collina golf community in Montverde.
Division President Brock Fanning announced the firm is under contract for 50 homesites in the gated country club community. All of the lots are 100 feet wide, and Fanning said Toll Brothers would offer five home designs ranging in size from approximately 4,300 to over 7,000 square feet.
“We are excited to bring our stunning collection of new home designs to this very special community,” Fanning said. He told GrowthSpotter some of the floorplans are currently available in other Toll Brothers communities, and some were designed specifically for Bella Collina.
Construction on the model home and sales is set to begin in March year and sales will start in the summer. Toll Brothers expects to deliver its first homes in early 2022. There are no plans to build any speculative or quick move-in homes.
“Since Bella Collina will feature high-end, luxury homes, we anticipate many buyers will be interested in personalizing their home and working with our Design Studio consultants to select the options that best suit their needs,” Fanning said.
The Toll Brothers announcement comes on the heels of Dream Finders Homes launching sales in Bella Collina. DFH is under contract for 150 lots along the golf course and conservation areas, and will sell homes on smaller lots with less expensive pricing starting in the low $500,000s.
Residents can purchase recreation or golf memberships that give them access to the championship golf course, resort-style pool complex, spa and salon, Sportivo Centro fitness center, Har-Tru tennis courts, multiple dining venues and meeting and ballroom space.
Toll Brothers is actively building and selling in five Central Florida communities. The builder is expanding its footprint this year with new projects in Lake Nona, The Packing District and now in Bella Collina.
