Brazilian soccer legend Rivaldo paid $1.429 million last Friday for a new home in the gated Toll Brothers-built community Casabella at Windermere.
Rivaldo Vitor Borba Ferreira and wife Eliza Kaminski Ferreira purchased the home together, which Toll Brothers finished construction on in early March, according to a deed filed with Orange County on Wednesday.

Set on the 4000 block of Isabella Circle, the 0.88-acre lot features a two-story home with five beds, six baths and 5,331 square feet of living area, according to county records. It lies less than a half mile south of Windermere Country Club.
Casabella at Windermere is a new, gated community with 79 single-family homes on half-acre lots, with luxury finishes and full customization by the buyer during construction. The neighborhood lies on the corner of McKinnon Road and Lake Butler Boulevard.
The 44-year-old Rivaldo played 23 years for soccer clubs in Brazil and Europe, most notably winning both the UEFA award for Best Player in Europe and the FIFA Ballon D'Or as World Player of the Year in 1999 while with FC Barcelona.
He also helped lead Brazil's national team to win the 2002 FIFA World Cup title. Rivaldo retired in 2015, and moved to the Orlando area late last year.
