Peter M. Dipasqua made his fortune as a franchise and developer of Subway restaurants.

The home, known as "Villa Angelica," was previously sold in November 1999 for $1.15 million to the Wildings. Only a handful of homes have sold for more than $4.3 million this year, according to the Orange County Property Appraiser.

The 9,831-square-foot lakefront residence has five bedrooms, and five-and-a-half baths. The 4.5-acre property also has a large pool, a dock, a screened enclosure and a fireplace.

The property has 157 feet of lake frontage and almost every room has a view of Lake Maitland.
The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, warming drawer, three ovens, a large bar with seating, plus a wine bar and a butler's pantry.
The downstairs master suite includes a sitting room with fireplace and bathroom with garden tub/separate shower, dual sinks and large closet.
