Orlando Magic forward Tobias Harris paid $1.475 million on Tuesday for a condominium unit at The Sanctuary Downtown, a luxury high-rise building a block south of Lake Eola.

Located at 100 S. Eola Drive, the 4,800-square-foot unit has four bedrooms and four baths and is one-mile from the Amway Center, where the Magic plays.

The condo unit was initially listed for sale in July 2013 at $2.195 million, and was sold by Jonathan D. and Esther Phelps, who bought it in September 2008 for $1.5 million. Jon Phelps founded Full Sail University in Dayton, Ohio, in 1979, initially named Full Sail Recording Workshop to train students on how to produce entertainment and music.

Harris does not own any other property in Orlando under his name, according to Orange County Property Appraiser records. He took out a $1 million loan from SunTrust Mortgage in Richmond, Va., for the purchase.

The Sanctuary building boasts amenities like 24-hour doormen and concierge service, valet parking and secure resident parking, a state-of-the-art fitness center with steam rooms and private lockers, an infinity edge heated pool, heated spa and resort-style cabanas, according to web listings for the property.
