Part of a musical duo just bought a $2 million home on Panther Lake Drive with both a golf course and a lake view in the luxury Lakeshore neighborhood of Winter Garden.

“It was a new house built for the buyer, he picked everything,” said Dayene Grubert, Sales Manager along with George Weiss at Lakeshore by Toll Brothers. “The buyer was involved in everything from the beginning.”

According to public records, that buyer is a Brazilian-based company led by Welson David de Camargo, part of the famous sertanejo music duo Zezé Di Camargo & Luciano. Sertanejo is a type of country music popular in Brazil, the brothers are one of the most successful sertanejo acts ever, having sold millions of albums and recorded with the likes of Willie Nelson.

De Carmago’s wife, Flávia Seraceni da Fonseca Luciano, is also an officer of the buyer affiliate.

The couple plans to use the home as a vacation place, with an eye toward making it their permanent home someday.

They will have plenty of space. The home is the Maranello Spanish Colonial style model and has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two half-baths and is 4,709 square feet. The two-story house sits on 1.18 acres on Panther Lake and also has a wine cellar and a custom pool. Holes of the Orange County National Golf Center are visible from the house.

“It is a unique spot, it was our best lot, I tell you.” Five estate home designs are available in the community along with a selection of executive home designs. The community offers Executive Collection homes priced from the low $400,000s and Estates Collection homes priced from the mid-$600,000s. Owners can customize many features of these homes.

Each of the 367 homes and townhomes have access to a clubhouse, fitness center, barbeque area, beach volleyball court, kayak launch, and other amenities. Restrictions in the Horizon West area do not allow for a gated community, however there are other security features present throughout the area.

Nearby access to Seidel Road and State Road 429 allow homeowners to access nearby amenities.
