Orlando Magic guard Victor Oladipo paid $1.18 million on March 14 for a 5,657-square-foot home in the gated community of Emerson Pointe in Bay Hill.
Located in the 9000 block of Bayway Drive, the 0.31-acre parcel features a two-story home built in 2007, with six beds and 4.5 baths.
The home lies in the Emerson Pointe subdivision just northwest of Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Country Club & Lodge, and east of the division of Lake Chase and Lake Tibet that lie within the Butler Chain of Lakes, outside Isleworth and Keenes Point.
No mortgage was filed in Oladipo's name, indicating cash was paid for the property. Based on county sale records since 2013 when Oladipo joined the Magic, this appears to be his first home purchase in the area.
The property features a two-story foyer entry, an oversized pool and spa surrounded by brick pavers and a fountain, custom built cabinetry, gourmet kitchen with vegetable sink, large entertainment room with wet bar, and theater room, according to web listings for the property.
