The founder of one of Brazil's leading drilling equipment manufacturers paid $1.093 million in late July for a home in Toll Brothers' gated community Casabella at Windermere.
Located in the 4000 block of Isabella Circle, a block west of Lake Butler, the 0.50-acre lot features a recently built two-story home with six bedrooms, seven baths, and 6,881 square feet of net living area. The home sold on July 29, with the deed recorded Tuesday in Orange County.
The buyer was Constantino Wolf, founder of São Paulo-based Wolf Equipamentos de Perfuraçăo Ltda., a manufacturer of metal drill parts, hydraulic and pneumatic machinery used in rock drilling and construction site work.
The company has opened a North American affiliate in Orlando, Wolf Americas LLC, with an office suite at 7901 Kingspointe Parkway, east of the tourism corridor. Staff at the Orlando office could not be reached for comment late Tuesday.
Constantino Wolf and wife Maria Sueli Bertelli Wolf took out a $789,740 loan from BBVA Compass Bank of Birmingham, Alabama, to help finance the purchase.
The seller was an LP affiliate of Toll Brothers.
