A lead executive for Wyndham's new timeshare ownership spinoff company paid $2.75 million in mid-August for a new custom home in Winter Park two blocks from N. Park Avenue.

Located on Dixie Parkway, the 0.34-acre lot features a newly built two-story home with six bedrooms and six full baths across 6,007 square feet.

The buyers were James J. and Cristina E. Savina. James "Jim" Savina was named executive vice president and general counsel in April for Orlando-based Wyndham Destinations, which is the vacation ownership, exchange and rental business created earlier this year when Wyndham Worldwide split into two publicly traded companies.

The new home's backyard has a covered lanai with fireplace, swimming pool and pool deck. Highlights inside include an office/study and large third-floor bonus room that could be adapted for exercise, storage and more.

The seller was Asghar Meshkati, who previously paid $525,000 for the property in February 2016 when it had an older single-story home that was later demolished.
