Longtime Davenport real estate agent Lucia Camara has 141 acres of lakefront property under contract on Lake Wilson Road just south of Reunion Resort, and she's looking for development partners.

Camara told GrowthSpotter she's scheduled to close on the property in March. It would be her third development in a cluster of resort projects along Lake Wilson Road.

Horizontal construction is underway at Villa Domani, a 63-unit boutique vacation home community at the intersection of Lake Wilson Road and Town Center Boulevard. Immediately to the south, Camara is set to break ground in early 2017 on Town Center West with a mix of offices and commercial uses.

Details on the size and scope of this boutique vacation home project near Reunion Resort, and what the developer is planning nearby.

The third parcel, on the west side of Lake Wilson Road, is the largest and has about 30 acres of high-and-dry land with 2,000 feet of lake frontage.

"We are also talking to various interested parties and they range from hotel developers and operators to single family home builders," she said. "We believe the best use of the property is for higher density multi-family concepts such as market rate apartments, hotels and potentially a fabulous senior living facility, due to gorgeous lake views and proximity to ChampionsGate, Reunion and the two hospitals on U.S.27 and Celebration."

Details on 58 acres the developer has under contract, planned for mixed uses near ChampionsGate.

The parcel also includes 313 feet of frontage on C.R. 532 (Osceola-Polk Line Road) adjacent to Legacy Callawalk, a class-A apartment complex approved for 648 units. North Carolina-based Goldberg Residential has started building phase one, which includes 318 units.

The property was last sold in 2000 for $834,200. It's currently zoned PUD.
