Luxury homes in Orange County proved to be a hot commodity this year for wealthy individuals and families in search for a new abode to hunker down in. Multimillion-dollar homes sold in affluent communities like the recluse Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort and the sprawling golf course communities found in Windermere.
GrowthSpotter tracked down the top ten selling stand-alone residences that sold within the last 12 months in Orange County using information collected from the county’s property appraiser website.

This 8,590-square-foot house in Golden Oak sold for $7,945,000 in April
The six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom modern abode resides in the Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando private residential community in Walt Disney World’s Golden Oak neighborhood. The owner’s suite has direct access to the pool and spa, which features an exercise studio with sauna and steam room. The house includes a theater room, game room, study and detached cabana. At the time of sale, the buyers had the option to pay an additional $245, 000 for furnishings.

The six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom mansion is also located in the Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando at Walt Disney World. Dubbed Casa Serena, the Italianate-inspired manor features a circular grand stairway that leads to the upstairs quarters. Other notable features include a second-floor spa/salon room. The mansion has multiple balconies, as well as a pool and summer kitchen.

At this home, the water’s edge from the pool can be seen in the family room and living room. It contains five bathrooms and four half-bathrooms.
