Luxury homes in Orange County proved to be a hot commodity this year for wealthy individuals and families in search for a new abode to hunker down in. Multimillion-dollar homes sold in affluent communities like the recluse Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort and the sprawling golf course communities found in Windermere.

GrowthSpotter tracked down the top ten selling stand-alone residences that sold within the last 12 months in Orange County using information collected from the county’s property appraiser website.

This 8,590-square-foot house in Golden Oak sold for $7,945,000 in April

At this home, the water’s edge from the pool can be seen in the family room and living room. It contains five bathrooms and four half-bathrooms.
