The already densely residential area along Orange Boulevard in unincorporated Seminole County near Sanford will be seeing even more growth.
ZDA Land Investments purchased just under five acres and plans seven homes for a tract between Markham Road and S. Sylvan Lake Road. The development will be called Serenity Cove. A representative for ZDA declined to say how much it paid for the property.
Prices are expected to be in the mid-$400,000s to $600,000.
Serenity Cove will become part of a what has become a residential enclave in recent years, with retail and other service providers following along.
ZDA's development will sit between the Park Square community and a Taylor Morrison residential project.
The project is expected to begin next spring and conclude in the middle of next year.
