The 92,000-square-foot, three-story development in Lake Nona Medical City is Central Florida's first multi-tenant building designed for companies involved in life sciences, health innovation and technology.

Anchored by GuideWell, a holding company for healthcare concerns, the building will house research laboratories, sterile environments, or so called clean rooms, and office space. The developer is Tavistock Development Co.

The building will be overseen by the University of Florida and the University of Central Florida, which both already have facilities in Medical City.
