I-Drive 360 Complex

I-Drive 360, opening on May 4 on International Drive just south of Sand Lake Road, is anchored by The Orlando Eye, an observation wheel standing more than 400 feet tall.

The entertainment complex will feature a Madame Tussauds wax figure museum, as well as SEA LIFE Aquarium with more than 5,000 animals and nearly 350,000 gallons of water. Those attractions and the wheel will be managed by Merlin Entertainments, while a fourth attraction – Skeletons: The Experience – will boast more than 400 animal skeletons from around the world.

The property will include at least eight restaurants, and two "high-energy entertainment" bar-nightclubs in Tin Roof and Cowgirls.

Ownership of the entertainment complex is shared by Orlando-based Unicorp National Developments and New York-based Circle Entertainment, Inc., which declined to specify the value of their stakes in the project.

A shell company, Circle Entertainment is involved in the development of location-based entertainment venues, with a focus on use of the intellectual property and technology relating to the SkyView observation wheel, for which it has an exclusive license.
