The Sapphire Falls Resort project at Universal Orlando will be a Caribbean-themed full-service hotel with 1,000 rooms and 83 suites, built around a tropical lagoon and waterfall.
The hotel will include 131,000 square feet of meeting space and will be Loews Hotels' fifth resort hotel on Universal Orlando property. It will sit between the existing Cabana Bay Beach Resort and Loews Royal Pacific Resort. An air-conditioned covered bridge is expected to connect Sapphire Falls and Royal Pacific.

Owner: land is owned by Universal Orlando Resort, while the hotel is owned by a partnership between NBC-Universal and Loews Corp.
