UPDATED: JUNE 21, 2016 5:55 PM — Westside Shoppes, a new 70,700-square-foot neighborhood shopping center, will be located in the Horizon West master-planned community in Orange County near Walt Disney World.
The retail complex will be part of a mixed-use development that includes Venetian Isle Apartments, a development with 302 units, 44 of which will be townhomes, all with high-end furnishings, said Chuck Whittall, CEO of Unicorp National Developments, Inc.
